Call it in.
Dandori
writes it up.

Two daily reports.

End-of-shift call 0:12
Dandori asks:

How many on the crew today?

Foreman: “Four of us, eight hours.”

The work got done. The report didn’t.

  1. 01

    Written from memory.

Typed at night, or copied from yesterday.

  2. 02

    Written twice.

    Yours, then the GC’s.

Preview noteDesk research today. Keep this only if pilot subs confirm it.

  3. 03

    Thin reports cost money.

Extra work that isn’t logged is hard to bill.

How it works

  1. 01

    During the shift

    Call or text. Send photos.

  2. 02

    End of shift

A 2-minute call fills the gaps.

  3. 03

    That evening

    The office approves.

  4. 04

    Sent

    The GC gets their copy.

One number. No app. No login.

Preview note“Two-minute call” and “that evening” go live only once the product does them for real (plan, decision 6).

Questions

Who approves the report?

Your office. Nothing goes to the GC without that click.

Does it work with Procore?

Not yet. The GC gets a PDF, and you get copy-ready text for Procore.

Who owns the recordings?

You do. We never sell your data, and never train AI on it without your written OK.

Preview noteMust match the consent decision, still open.

Will it make things up?

It’s built not to. Numbers and names are checked against the call. Gaps say “Not mentioned.”

What if we cancel?

Export everything as PDFs.

Which trades?

Commercial HVAC and electrical. Others, ask us.

What happens after the pilot?

It goes to $50 a month per field user. Or you stop, and keep your reports.

What does setup take?

We come to your shop, load your codes and jobs, and do the first report with you.

Does it work in Spanish?

Yes. Reports come out in English.
